Merry Christmas Hope!

Some of the best "Christmas Wish" lists I get are the ones who wish things, nice things, for someone else.  It really does warm my heart.  And as you know it is very cold here at the Pole so anything that warms is very special.

I have it on good authority that the secret to happiness is to do something nice for someone at least once a day, but if you get caught it doesn't count and you have to start all over again. In fact this is pretty much what the Christmas Season is all about. I will keep your identity a secret and that of your two friends as well so that this can count as your efforts for the day. 

I showed your letter to Bearie, the Polar Bear who directs traffic in the village, and, though he will never admit it, I think I saw a small tear of happiness in his eye.  But we'll just keep that between us.

I will turn your request over to our Special Projects Department.  Some very creative elves there will make sure that your wish comes to pass.
